We have all been through so much. All of us. Such a long journey is this life with so many peaks and valleys. So much has already happened and so much still to come.
To make space to acknowledge our feelings is rare. Knowing how to work with our feelings in a healthy and compassionate way, even more rare.
These exercises and tools are design to help you open the door to accepting and appreciating yourself with all that you have been through. This appreciation holds the key to relaxing with yourself at any given moment, which naturally results in feeling more open, peaceful and compassionate.
By the time we are finished, you will have tools that you can employ to return again and again to the calmness and acceptance that can come from appreciating yourself exactly as you are no matter your circumstances.
This half day experience is led by our Founder, Ladan Yalzadeh and will include:
- Loving-kindness meditation instruction
- Embodied mindfulness & awareness techniques
- Guided visualizations
- Gentle movement
- Witnessing and Protection Meditation
- Reflection & journaling
The Retreat is designed with minimum screen time, and maximum connection with both community and self.
